At a command prompt, use the change directory (CD) command to change the current folder of the command prompt window to the RBS sample directory. At the command prompt, run the following command:
notepad Binaries\InstallProvider.cmd
2. You can then edit the parameters in the command script for your setup. Each parameter should be documented in the command script. The libraries consist of three different dlls and for some reason the environment picks up different versions of different dlls and the error is a result of the dll version mismatch.

There is a workaround for this issue, it requires moving the files from the version causing these problems to a different place (or renaming them). The files affected are:
•	Whole C:\Windows\winsxs\<arch>_microsoft.vc80.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_<version> directory
•	C:\Windows\winsxs\Manifests\<arch>_microsoft.vc80.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_<version>.*

There are also two directories from the CRT library in the c:\windows\winsxs\Policies directory that need to be moved, the same version number as the above.

These files may be restored after setup finishes.
The files with the highest version number are the most likely cause for that issue.
